Tashya Adamcik

Tashya Adamcik – Director

Tashya Adamcik is a devoted educator, entrepreneur, and community leader who views her work with children as a labor of love. As the founder and director of Inspire Me Learning Academy, she considers it a profound honor to be entrusted with the care and development of so many young lives. For Tashya, every day is an opportunity to pour love, purpose, and excellence into her students’ early education.
Since founding Inspire Me in 2018, Tashya has built a nurturing and academically enriching environment that continues to grow each year, reflecting her steadfast commitment to quality and care. She works closely with families to develop personalized growth plans for each child, ensuring every student is seen, supported, and celebrated.
Tashya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and has continued her professional studies in Child and Adolescent Development. Her dedication to education extends beyond the classroom; she brings over 15 years of experience in youth development, having served as the assistant director of Learning, Inc., a music and tutoring school, and as a teacher at Lansdowne Presbyterian Preschool Academy. Since 2008, she has led numerous programs aimed at empowering children and families throughout the Philadelphia region.
As a creative visionary, Tashya personally designs Inspire Me’s cherished annual music recital and preschool graduation ceremony—signature events that reflect her passion for celebrating children’s milestones with joy and excellence.
In addition to her work in education, Tashya is a seasoned entrepreneur. She has successfully owned and operated a CleanNet USA franchise for over 20 years, demonstrating her leadership and business expertise.
Above all, Tashya treasures her time with her family—especially her two sons, John and Takai, and her beloved grandmother. She finds joy in traveling, reading, and continuing to grow as an educator and advocate. With a heart for service and a mind for innovation, Tashya remains devoted to making a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families she serves.

Sarah Guydon

Sarah Guydon

Sarah Guydon is the Assistant Director at Inspire Me Preschool Academy, where she has dedicated over 14 years to working with children from infancy through school age. With a strong commitment to expanding her expertise, Ms. Sarah is currently pursuing further education in Early Childhood at Delaware County Community College to better support the growth and development of young learners.
For the past several years, she has been an integral part of the Inspire Me family, where her deep passion for teaching and nurturing children continues to flourish. Ms. Sarah firmly believes in the transformative power of play-based learning, creating a curriculum that is not only engaging and enjoyable but also encourages critical thinking, creativity, and discovery. She is committed to helping each child reach their full potential, providing the support and challenges needed to build confidence and foster a love of learning.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Sarah treasures spending time with her two sons, Kodi and Kasai. Whether traveling or simply making memories together, she values every moment with her family. Ms. Sarah is truly honored to be part of such a wonderful team and is excited for another year of growth, learning, and fulfillment at Inspire Me.


Gifty Wilson

Gifty Wilson

Teacher

Gifty Wilson is a dedicated mother, educator, and community member whose passion for nurturing children and serving others has shaped her life’s work. Originally from Ghana, Gifty has called Lansdowne home for the past eight years. She is the proud mother of seven children, ranging in age from 33 to 8, and her love for family and service to others is at the heart of everything she does.
In Ghana, Gifty was a stay-at-home mother for many years before she helped manage her family’s pharmaceutical business on a part-time basis. She also served as a consultant for a mining firm and taught Sunday school for many years, instilling a love of learning and spiritual growth in the children she taught.
Upon arriving in the United States, Gifty continued her teaching career at Lansdowne Presbyterian Church, where she contributed to the community until its closure. When Inspire Me Preschool opened in 2019, she was excited to become a part of the teaching staff, bringing her wealth of experience and heartfelt dedication to the children.
Gifty looks forward to continuing to serve the children and families of our community, sharing her love for teaching, learning, and compassionate care with each and every one of them.


Pamela Rauch

Pamela Rauch

Art Teacher

Pamela Rauch joined Inspire Me Learning Academy in 2019 as our beloved art teacher, bringing with her not only a rich creative background but also a heart deeply committed to serving others. With a degree in Art from Sullivan County College in upstate New York, Ms. Pam immediately stood out as the perfect fit to inspire and guide our young artists.

Before stepping into the world of early childhood education, Ms. Pam enjoyed a successful career in the insurance industry and generously dedicated her time as a volunteer at Bryn Mawr Hospital. Her diverse experiences, both professional and philanthropic, have shaped her into the compassionate and multi-talented educator she is today.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Pam is an accomplished author, having published two delightful children’s books and, most recently, her first gothic fiction novel. Her love of storytelling and creativity shines through in her work with the children, where she encourages imagination, expression, and confidence through art.
Throughout her life, Ms. Pam has remained actively involved with charitable organizations such as The Salvation Army and Covenant House. She credits her unwavering commitment to helping others to the values instilled in her from a young age, describing service and compassion as the “driving force” behind her every endeavor.
Now, as a treasured part of the Inspire Me community, Ms. Pam finds true fulfillment in working with our students. She often says that children see magic in everyday things—and she is wholeheartedly devoted to keeping that magic alive through every brushstroke, story, and smile.


Trudy Henry-Simpson

Trudy Henry

Trudy Henry-Simpson is a devoted early childhood educator with a warm heart, gentle spirit, and a deep-rooted passion for nurturing young minds. Originally from Jamaica, she recently moved to the United States with her husband and their beloved 22-year-old daughter. She is delighted to be part of the Inspire Me Learning Academy team and to continue her lifelong dedication to early childhood development in this new chapter of her journey.
With a professional background in Early Childhood Development, Ms. Trudy brings a wealth of experience, particularly in working with both younger and older toddlers. Throughout her teaching career, she has been known for her ability to connect with children on a deeply personal level, believing that forming meaningful bonds is the foundation of a successful learning experience.
Ms. Trudy recognizes that every child is unique, with their own learning style, pace, and personality. Her teaching philosophy centers around creating a joyful, supportive, and individualized environment where each child feels seen, encouraged, and inspired. Her goal is not only to support each child’s development, but also to make every moment of learning a joyful and enriching adventure.
She is truly honored to join the Inspire Me family and looks forward to a year filled with growth, connection, and the shared joy of learning.

Cassidy Carrera has been a cherished member of the Inspire Me Learning Academy team since 2019. Currently a student at Temple University, she is pursuing a degree in Public Health with a focus on Maternal and Child Wellness, driven by her passion for supporting children’s health and development. Cassidy’s journey into education and child development was inspired by her hands-on experience at Inspire Me, where she found great joy in helping children grow, learn, and thrive.
In addition to her dedication to teaching, Cassidy has a creative side—she enjoys painting, spending time in nature, and cherishing moments with her family. With a heart full of enthusiasm and a commitment to fostering positive growth, she is excited to continue working alongside families to ensure every child experiences success and fulfillment. Cassidy looks forward to being part of each child’s educational journey and is honored to contribute to their growth at Inspire Me.


Adeline Bien-Aime

Adeline Bien-Aime

Adeline Bien-Aime is a dedicated educator and lifelong advocate for children whose career has been built on a deep commitment to nurturing and empowering youth. Originally from Haiti, Adeline began her teaching journey early, fostering a love for children from a young age and carrying that passion with her throughout her 25+ years in the education field.
Before joining Inspire Me Learning Academy, Adeline served as a Children’s Advocate at RFf, where she traveled to numerous countries, advocating for and supporting thousands of children in need. She has also held leadership roles, including Director of the Transition House, Consultant and Investigator at USAID, and a volunteer at the Sanatorium Hospital, where she provided care for children infected with HIV. Throughout her extensive career, Adeline has worked tirelessly to support and uplift children, ensuring that they feel safe, valued, and loved.
For Adeline, every child is a precious individual deserving of attention, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive. Her life’s work is rooted in making a lasting impact on young lives, and she finds immense joy in being a part of their growth and success.
Adeline is honored to be part of Inspire Me Preschool and looks forward to sharing her wealth of experience, passion, and dedication with the children and families in our community.


Lydia Boatemaa

Lydia Boatemaa

Lydia Boatemaa is a compassionate caregiver, devoted grandmother, and seasoned healthcare professional whose life has been defined by a deep commitment to nurturing others. Originally from Ghana, Ms. Lydia brings a wealth of wisdom, warmth, and experience to Inspire Me Learning Academy.
With an impressive 33-year career in Nursing and Midwifery, she has served countless families with grace and skill. In addition to her role as a midwife, she worked for many years as a surgical first assistant, providing critical care with professionalism and heartfelt dedication. For Ms. Lydia, caring for others has never been just a job—it is a true calling and a source of great personal fulfillment.
Now, in this special chapter of her life, she finds joy in spending time with her two children and four beloved grandchildren, whom she helps care for with the same love and attentiveness she brings to her work. She believes wholeheartedly that children are the light of the world and feels deeply honored to be a part of their early journeys.
Ms. Lydia is especially excited to care for the nursery students at Inspire Me. With tenderness, patience, and joy, she embraces the privilege of guiding and comforting little ones through their earliest and most formative stages of growth.

Fedeline Normil is an experienced and passionate educator who joined Inspire Me Preschool Academy in 2023 after relocating from Haiti. With over 10 years of dedicated service in education and childcare, she has held roles as both a director and kindergarten teacher, always with a deep commitment to creating enriching, supportive environments where children can thrive.
Fedeline’s approach to teaching is centered around fostering a stimulating and nurturing atmosphere, where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Her dedication to early childhood education reflects her belief in the transformative power of learning, and she takes great joy in helping children discover their potential and develop a lifelong love for learning.
Fedeline is excited to be a part of the Inspire Me family and looks forward to partnering with families to guide and nurture the young minds entrusted to our care. She is eager to contribute to the growth and development of each child and is honored to be a part of their educational journey.


Ajah Heard

Janiyah Griggs

Janiyah Griggs is currently a student at West Chester University, majoring in Psychology with a strong interest in child development and behavioral health. I recently joined the Inspire Me Learning Academy team, and I am incredibly excited to be part of such a positive and dedicated community of educators.
I have been working with children for over three years, gaining hands-on experience in both educational and caregiving settings. During this time, I’ve developed a genuine love for helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. I find great fulfillment in creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore their interests and abilities.
My passion lies in observing how children learn about themselves and the world around them. I believe every child is unique, and I strive to meet them where they are, helping to build their confidence and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time with loved ones, and continuing my studies to better understand how to support children’s mental and emotional well-being. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year at Inspire Me!

Ajah Heard is thrilled to be a part of the Inspire Me family, bringing her passion for nurturing children’s growth and development to the classroom. Originally from New Hampshire, Ajah has called Philadelphia home for the past 10 years. With over 5 years of experience in the childcare field, she has also worked as a behavioral coach, providing one-on-one support to children, which deepened her commitment to supporting their individual needs and development.
Ajah finds great joy in being a part of each child’s journey, watching them grow, learn, and discover new things every day. Her approach is rooted in creating a positive, engaging environment where children are excited to come to school and eager to learn. She is dedicated to making each child feel valued and confident in their educational path and looks forward to helping them reach their fullest potential.
Ajah is excited to continue her journey at Inspire Me, fostering a love of learning and supporting the children in her care as they embark on their own unique developmental journeys.

Nicole Holliday is a third-generation educator and a dedicated student at West Chester University, majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. She is grateful for the opportunity to gain experience at Inspire Me Learning Academy and is deeply passionate about contributing to the development and nurturing of children.
Growing up in a family of educators, Ms. Nicole has always been inspired by the positive impact that teaching can have on young minds.
She is excited to continue this legacy and looks forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children she works with.

Jack Zaferes

Music Teacher

Jack Zaferes is a distinguished musician, composer, and educator whose career is marked by artistic excellence and a deep love for sharing the gift of music. A proud alumnus of Temple University in Philadelphia, Jack studied Jazz Performance, laying a strong foundation for what would become an expansive and dynamic career in the music industry.
Over the past decade, Jack has toured extensively across the United States and Europe as a sought-after bassist for numerous acclaimed ensembles. His versatility and soulful musicianship have earned him recognition on stages both large and intimate, connecting audiences through the universal language of music.
In addition to his performance work, Jack is the visionary behind a rotating ensemble of talented artists with whom he performs original compositions. As a composer, producer, and engineer, Jack is involved in every creative aspect of his music. His most recent release, “Ghosts”, showcases his rich musicality and can be found on all major streaming platforms.
With an impressive background in both production and live performance, Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his role as a music educator. At Inspire Me Preschool Academy, he is excited to introduce students to a curriculum that is both engaging and academically enriching.

Milton Taylor

Music Teacher

Milton Taylor is a gifted pianist, educator, and lifelong musician whose journey began in Kingston, Jamaica, where he was born in 1968. His passion for music was sparked at a young age while attending St. Jude’s Primary School. The moment he first played “When the Saints Go Marching In” on the piano, Milton knew music would be his life’s calling. Eager to deepen his skills, he quickly joined the school band and never looked back.
Milton went on to study at the prestigious Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts, where he was mentored by renowned jazz pianist Jill Gibson. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz and Popular Music Studies, laying the foundation for a successful and impactful career as a concert pianist and accompanist.
For over two decades, Milton has shared his expertise and passion with students across Jamaica, teaching at respected institutions including Merl Grove High School, Ascot High School, Glengoffe High School, Eltham High School, Hillel Academy, and Edith Dalton James High School. Under his leadership, school choirs and bands regularly competed in the Jamaica School Festival Competition, earning numerous gold, silver, and bronze medals. Many of his students also achieved success in the internationally recognized ABRSM piano examinations—testament to his dedication, discipline, and the musical excellence he instills.
Now residing in Philadelphia, Milton continues to inspire the next generation of musicians as a piano instructor at Guitar Center in Ardmore. He is also happy to be part of Inspire Me Learning Academy’s summer camp program, where he brings his joyful spirit and deep musical knowledge to young learners in a fun and nurturing environment.
His teaching is marked by honesty, heart, and resilience. While he openly acknowledges that the journey of music comes with its challenges, he passionately believes that “failure is inevitable, but giving up is unforgivable.”
With warmth, integrity, and decades of experience, Milton Taylor remains devoted to helping students discover their own love for music—one note at a time
